Based on Structured Democratic Dialogue, originated by John Warfield and Aleco Christakis and developed since 1970 by a community of researchers and practitioners, in hundreds of dialogues from peace talks in Cyprus to European research agendas. Its practitioners call it harnessing collective wisdom, and name scale as its hardest limit. True Causes is software built to lift it: anyone can take up a question and open a room of their own, each room joins others on the same question by its own steward's choice, nobody runs the whole, and their maps merge into one. It is not the method itself.
