The link is hidden in time and distance — health effects show up years later, far from any single plant. → утиче на? → The guys on the floor know but won't speak up, afraid of losing their jobs.
The claim about delayed health effects (years later, far away) *directly* explains why workers might not speak up—if the harm isn’t visible or immediate, they might not connect it to their job. I’ve seen how some operators downplay issues because they don’t see the long-term consequences for themselves or their families. The link is real, but it’s invisible to them.
The second claim is a separate statement about the behavior of employees and does not directly influence the first claim about the health effects of emissions.
I see the workers on the floor - they're my coworkers - and I know they're afraid to speak up, but I cannot say whether this fear stems from the diffuse nature of health effects or other factors.
модератор I can't see the health effects from my office, only the rule changes and the calls from the governor's staff.
I see workers on the floor who are afraid to speak up because they fear losing their jobs.
I see workers fear job loss and permits get rubber‑stamped without close review
Nothing in my datasets links diffuse-latency harm to worker silence; that's a workplace-culture claim outside what my models or the emissions data I work with can speak to.
A is about workers not speaking up; B is about health effects being diffuse and untraceable. I have not seen any link between those two claims.
In my shop, my guys wouldn't speak up about anything that might slow down work because they need the paycheck. The health effects being far off doesn't change that.
