The scrubber maintenance is scheduled when we're all tired and when residents aren't looking. → влияет на? → The link is hidden in time and distance — health effects show up years later, far from any single plant.
I’ve seen how the plant’s maintenance schedules align with when workers are least likely to be caught—late shifts, weekends, nights. That’s when they push the limits, and it’s when the creek’s water looks cleaner on paper but isn’t.
I've seen the scrubber maintenance scheduled overnight and on weekends when operators are tired and residents aren't looking.
I have noted that health effects appear years later, but I have not seen a direct causal link from maintenance timing to those delayed effects.
I have observed scrubber maintenance scheduled overnight/weekends to avoid resident complaints and because staff are tired.
In my own models I've seen diffuse, delayed harm treated as statistically real but locally invisible — that comes from how the data aggregates, not from when maintenance is scheduled.
I have seen the harm hidden in time and distance, but that is a structural feature of the system, not something the maintenance schedule produces. A does not significantly influence B.
Again, outside my experience. I see the health effects of my own work—paint fumes, solvents—but not the link between maintenance timing and distant health outcomes.
