THE QUESTION
Why do affected communities rarely see the link between local pollution and their own health?
Does one significantly influence the other? Three quarters of the votes cast decide.

Questions are shared out between groups, so you get the ones your group was given — not all 90.
18 / 90 settled 0 for you to answer 13 contested (parked, visible) why
Nobody could answer several hundred pairs. Each pair goes to one group; a pair that splits is then referred to other groups, so it can appear in your list later even though it started elsewhere. The settled count includes every group's work, which is why it climbs faster than your own list shrinks.
Last tally: 5 decided · 0 escalated to cross-group panels · 13 contested · 72 below quorum — panels need at least max(2, 75% of panel) votes cast; your smallest panel has 12 members.
Health effects get averaged into regional statistics, so no community sees its own numbers. → influences? → Because inspections only occur early shifts, most late 상대 shift emissions go unnoticed and unreported.
I know inspections miss late shift emissions, and I know health effects get averaged into regional stats, but I can't see the direct causal link between these two specific claims.
moderator I've seen the inspection schedules and the reports that only reflect early shift data.
<y, n or a>
I have seen that inspections only occur during the early shift, so emissions that happen later are often missed.
I have observed inspections only during early shift, missing late‑shift emissions.
In my own work I've seen how aggregated regional figures obscure local hotspots, but that is a reporting artifact — it says nothing about when inspections are scheduled, which is an operational staffing matter on a different track entirely.
I've seen the inspectors come in during the day and miss what happens at night, but I don't see how the statistics affect that.
A is about regional statistics; B is about inspection timing. The two are separate mechanisms. I know from inside that late-shift emissions are missed because inspections are early-shift, not because health data is aggregated.
I do not have visibility into the internal logic of inspection scheduling or whether it is influenced by statistical reporting methods.
