We frame health risks as industry-wide trends, not site-specific hazards, in our public reporting. → утиче на? → The enforcement numbers are based on arbitrary standards set by people far away from the communities I work with.
I have seen enforcement standards that seem disconnected from local conditions.
The enforcement standards come from remote regulators who don't see local conditions, which we note in our internal reviews.
The author does not give any evidence that health risks are framed as industry‑wide trends rather than site‑specific hazards; the claim is based on the author's interpretation of reporting practices.

I don't see how the way health risks are framed in public reporting affects the enforcement numbers, but I do see that the enforcement numbers are based on arbitrary standards set by people far away from the communities I work with.
I've never seen the public reporting they're talking about or the enforcement numbers. I only know what the creek looks like on the bad mornings and that nobody's ever explained it. Can't say whether one affects the other.
I have seen the twenty-year cycle repeat where framing health risks as industry-wide trends obscures site-specific hazards, allowing enforcement standards to be set arbitrarily far from communities and benefiting those who profit from communities forgetting the links.
модератор I've watched enforcement inspectors in my district unable to act on what they find because the standards set for them don't match what I see on the ground.
