Nobody ever asks the people living downstream, so the folks who make the rules only hear from the plant. → utiče na? → I draft the language myself and know which words kill enforcement before anyone reads the bill.
I can't say anything about who is being asked for input because I don't interact with the people making the rules or drafting the bills. I only test water samples.
Downstream residents are never consulted, so the plant’s own reports are the only information they hear.
I can say for certain that in forty years no official has knocked on my door or held a meeting down here, so the rule-makers only hear the plant's side. But what a bill drafter does with words on paper is outside anything I've seen — I can't say my not being asked is what makes him pick soft words.
The author does not have information to determine if the first claim significantly influences the second claim.
I've seen the plant's name on the library and the fire trucks, and that makes enforcement feel like punishment.
I have seen decisions made without consulting those affected downstream.
moderator Regulators hearing only from the plant doesn't determine which words I choose in the bill — that's my own political calculation.
