برنامج لإدارة تداول منظَّم وإنتاج خريطة للأسباب. وهو أداة تتيح لمجموعة أن تبلغ استنتاجاتها هي وتسجّلها. لا يتخذ قرارات، ولا يتحقق من الوقائع، ولا يقدّم مشورة مهنية. والخريطة التي ينتجها هي رأي الأشخاص الذين صنعوها.
أنت مسؤول عما يُنشر من حسابك وعن الحفاظ على كلمة مرورك. شخص واحد، حساب واحد. ويجوز تأكيد العنوان مرة واحدة، من حساب واحد.
يتعلق هذا بالسلوك، لا بالاستنتاجات. لا نزيل حوارًا لأنه بلغ جوابًا لا يعجب أحدًا — فنشر الخلاف هو الغاية من البرنامج. لكننا نزيل:
حين نزيل حوارًا يُظهر السجل أنه أُزيل، ومتى. لا نحذف الأشياء خفية: فالخدمة التي تكمن قيمتها في سجل صادق لا يجوز أن تكون فيه ثغرات صامتة.
ما تكتبه يبقى ملكك. وبنشره تأذن لنا بتخزينه وعرضه داخل الحوار الذي نشرته فيه، و— فقط إن ضغطت أطلق على بطاقة — بعرضه على الغرف الأخرى التي تعمل على ذلك السؤال. ولا يمكن التراجع عن الإطلاق، لأن غرفًا أخرى ربما طرحت الادعاء نفسه أصلًا وسجلها قائم.
يجوز استخدام الخرائط والادعاءات والبيانات المأخوذة من غرفة بحرية، في التقارير والعروض والمقالات والمواقع، بشرط واحد، في كل خطة: أن تشير إلى True Causes وترتبط بالغرفة، ومثال ذلك «خريطة سببية: True Causes، truecauses.org/d/…». والصور والتضمينات والتصديرات تحمل هذه الإشارة أصلًا؛ فأبقِها حين تعيد استخدامها، وأضفها حين تنقل النتائج بكلماتك أنت. ولا يُباع True Causes برنامجًا يُعاد تصنيفه باسم آخر، ولا تُزال الإشارة في أي خطة.
الخطط شهرية. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت وتستمر الخطة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة أصلًا. لا تُسترد المدفوعات؛ ويجوز لنا أن نرد المبلغ وفق تقديرنا وحده، وذلك مجاملة، لا حق. انقضاء الاشتراك لا يحذف حوارًا أبدًا — بل يضع حدًا للمقاعد والحوارات الجديدة؛ وكل ما سُجّل أصلًا يبقى مقروءًا.
المنظمات غير الربحية. يجوز للمنظمة غير الربحية أو الجمعية الخيرية المسجَّلة أن تستخدم خطة Pro مجانًا. قدّم طلبك بالبريد الإلكتروني؛ وقد نطلب إثبات التسجيل، وقد ننهي المنحة إذا لم تعد المنظمة مستوفية للشروط. ولا تُحذف حواراتها أبدًا حين تنتهي المنحة.
هذه المنصة قيد الاختبار على نطاق واسع. وهي مقدَّمة كما هي وحسب توفرها، دون ضمان من أي نوع — لا للملاءمة، ولا للدقة، ولا للتوفر، ولا لأن يُنتج حوار نتيجة مفيدة. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة، بما في ذلك القرارات التي تتخذها أنت أو منظمتك بناءً على خريطة أنتجتها. وحيث لا يسمح القانون باستبعاد المسؤولية، فهي محصورة فيما دفعته لنا في الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة.

True Causes is operated by Inverudio Inc. Paid plans are sold through a payment provider acting as merchant of record; that provider appears on your invoice and handles tax.
Software for running a structured deliberation and producing a map of causes. It is a tool for a group to reach and record its own conclusions. It does not make decisions, verify facts, or give professional advice. A map it produces is the opinion of the people who made it.
You are responsible for what is posted from your account and for keeping your password. One person, one account. An address may be confirmed once, by one account.
This is about conduct, not conclusions. We do not remove a dialogue for reaching an answer somebody dislikes — publishing disagreement is the point of the software. We do remove:
When we remove a dialogue the record shows that it was removed, and when. We do not quietly delete things: a service whose value is an honest record cannot have silent holes in it.
What you write stays yours. By posting it you allow us to store and display it inside the dialogue you posted it in, and — only if you press release on a card — to show it to the other rooms working on that question. Releasing cannot be undone, because other rooms may already have raised the same claim and their record stands.
Maps, claims and data from a room may be used freely, in reports, presentations, articles and websites, on one condition, on every plan: credit True Causes and link to the room, for example “Causal map: True Causes, truecauses.org/d/…”. Pictures, embeds and exports carry this credit already; keep it when you reuse them, and add it when you quote results in your own words. True Causes is not sold as white-label software, and the credit is not removed on any plan.
Plans are monthly. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Payments are not refunded; we may refund at our own discretion, and that is a courtesy, not a right. A lapsed subscription never deletes a dialogue — it caps new seats and new dialogues; everything already recorded stays readable.
Nonprofits. A registered nonprofit or charity may use the Pro plan free of charge. Apply by email; we may ask for proof of registration, and we may end the grant if the organisation no longer qualifies. Its dialogues are never deleted when a grant ends.
This instance is being tested at scale. It is provided as it is and as available, without warranty of any kind — not of fitness, accuracy, availability, or that a dialogue will produce a useful result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including decisions you or your organisation make on the strength of a map it produced. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless prevented by law.
Governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer right you have where you live.
