PITANJE

What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?

Ramps would be available without needing to book them in advance. → utiče na? → The night bus comes when it says, and I know it without a phone.
Ramps being available without booking doesn't make the bus come on time or tell me when it's coming without a phone.
I wait at the stop in the dark with no phone. Whether a ramp is there when I arrive has nothing to do with whether the bus comes at 2:10 or whether there is a printed sheet telling me so.
I've seen passengers turn up needing a ramp with no booking, but that has nothing to do with whether the night bus comes on time.
