SPØRSMÅLET

What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?

The system would allow real-time information about delays and disruptions in multiple languages, not just the ones they already speak. → påvirker? → A passenger who didn't book a ramp still gets met at the platform, not turned away.
moderator The system providing real-time information in multiple languages doesn't directly impact the ability of staff to meet passengers with ramps when they haven't booked them. The two are separate aspects of the service.
The real trade-offs between spending on ramps versus spending on running buses at all in thin corridors.
I've been turned away when the ramp wasn't booked, and the language of the announcement didn't make any difference.
I have seen the announcements and the screens at my stops come only in English, and I have had to ask other passengers what was said when a train was cancelled. That tells me the language problem is real, but it is a different problem from whether someone brings a ramp to a passenger who never booked one.
I've never seen language info change whether a ramp is provided; it's about the booking system, not announcements.
