LA DOMANDA

What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?

The system would allow real-time information about delays and disruptions in multiple languages, not just the ones they already speak. → influisce su? → Fares and top-up machines work every time, even when you’re rushing with no cash.
The fare machines are always broken, and that has nothing to do with the language of the announcements.
I see fares and top-up machines fail exactly when I'm rushing and have no cash, which is unrelated to language support.
I have stood at the machine at 4:40am with my card going in and out and no one there to help — the screen is in English and the card still fails. More languages on the delay screen would not make that machine work.
I log complaints about fare and top-up machines failing when passengers are rushing.
