The system would allow real-time information about delays and disruptions in multiple languages, not just the ones they already speak. → influence ? → The night bus comes when it says, and I know it without a phone.
Providing real-time information in multiple languages doesn't directly influence whether the night bus comes when it says and I know it without a phone.
I need a printed timetable, not an app, to know when the night bus is coming.
What I need at 2:10 is a printed sheet at the stop and a bus that comes. The real-time screens and apps I have seen are in English and need a phone I don't refresh in the dark, so more languages on them still leaves me waiting without knowing.
Real-time information in other languages tells you about a delay, but it doesn't make the bus come when it says. And the person in B wants a printed sheet, not a phone.
