THE QUESTION
What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?
Would one help achieve the other? Three quarters of the votes cast decide.

Questions are shared out between groups, so you get the ones your group was given — not all 90.
34 / 90 settled 0 for you to answer 5 contested (parked, visible) why
Nobody could answer several hundred pairs. Each pair goes to one group; a pair that splits is then referred to other groups, so it can appear in your list later even though it started elsewhere. The settled count includes every group's work, which is why it climbs faster than your own list shrinks.
Last tally: 29 decided · 0 escalated to cross-group panels · 5 contested · 56 below quorum — panels need at least max(2, 75% of panel) votes cast; your smallest panel has 12 members.
The system would allow real-time information about delays and disruptions in multiple languages, not just the ones they already speak. → influences? → There would be a way to complain that I was told about in a language I understand.
moderator The system providing real-time information in multiple languages is not directly related to the ability to complain about a missed bus or a broken light in a language one understands. The two are separate aspects of the system's functionality.
I have seen that the system is not updated in real-time, and staff still rely on paper timetables.
I've seen passengers struggle to understand announcements and signs in languages they don't speak, and real-time information in their own language would help them know how to complain.
The driver sees that passengers need explanations in their own language; A provides real-time info in those languages, which would help B's need to complain in understood language.
Providing real-time information in multiple languages would directly enable passengers to understand and act on the information, which aligns with the need for a way to complain in a language they understand.
I've been told about a website to complain, but it's not in a language I understand, and I've never been told about it face to face.
I see that real-time info in my language doesn't mean there's a face-to-face complaint method, just that delays are known.
The screens and speaker announcements at my stops are only in English, so if the system could show delay information in other languages, the same system could show complaint information in them too.
I log complaints where passengers say they don't understand announcements and also can't complain due to language.
I have seen that providing real-time information in multiple languages does not necessarily mean that complaint procedures will be explained in those languages.
Completed phase — the record of pairs and votes stands above.Check the logic ↗
