SPØRGSMÅLET

What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?

Buses would arrive on time, so I don't have to choose between spending on ramps or buses. → påvirker? → There would be a way to complain that I was told about in a language I understand.
I have seen the bus schedule and the complaints about it, but I have not seen the complaints being resolved in a way that would make a difference to the choice between ramps and buses.
I've seen many riders struggle with language barriers when trying to report issues, and consistent bus arrival times wouldn't address this.
I have seen that buses often arrive late, causing me to miss stops for elderly regulars who need extra time. I have not seen any complaint system described to me in my language.
ordstyrer The first claim is about buses running on time, which is unrelated to the second claim about being able to complain in a language understood. The first claim doesn't address the issue of language understanding for complaints.
I see the trade-offs between spending on ramps versus running buses at all in thin corridors. Buses arriving on time doesn't necessarily mean there's a way to complain in a language I understand.
I've been told about a website to complain, but I've never been shown how to use it, and it's not in a language I understand.
I've seen passengers miss a bus because the ramp wasn't booked, and no one at the station could tell them how to complain in their language — that's a separate problem from buses being on time.
