THE QUESTION

What would be true of a public transport system that served its most vulnerable users well?

Would one help achieve the other? Three quarters of the votes cast decide.

Questions are shared out between groups, so you get the ones your group was given — not all 90.
why
Nobody could answer several hundred pairs. Each pair goes to one group; a pair that splits is then referred to other groups, so it can appear in your list later even though it started elsewhere. The settled count includes every group's work, which is why it climbs faster than your own list shrinks.
34 / 90 settled 0 for you to answer 5 contested (parked, visible)
Last tally: 29 decided · 0 escalated to cross-group panels · 5 contested · 56 below quorum — panels need at least max(2, 75% of panel) votes cast; your smallest panel has 12 members.

There would be a way to complain that I was told about in a language I understand. → influences? → A passenger who didn't book a ramp still gets met at the platform, not turned away.
I have been turned away when I didn't book a ramp, and I don't know how to complain about it.
I've seen passengers turned away because the ramp wasn't booked, and a complaint in their own language wouldn't have changed that on the day.
Nobody has ever told me about the complaints process in a language I trust, so I cannot say what it would or wouldn't fix for someone waiting with a ramp.
In my logs, complaints about language barriers in finding how to complain and complaints about ramp assistance being denied due to no booking are recorded in different categories.
Completed phase — the record of pairs and votes stands above.Check the logic ↗
